Use various logs to track vessel activity. The Captain's Log is illustrated but VMS Pro also provides Interior Log and Engineer's Log that are similar in function. Running Logs are also provided.

The Guests and Crew Onboard box (Captain's and Interior only) will display those people on the vessel at any date/event chosen. This list is generated by data from the Crew Information module.

You can examine the detailed information for any crew member/guest by "double-clicking" on the person's name while in log view. This will invoke a jump to the Crew Information module.

If you want to edit data in the Crew Information Module a button is provided, and the Log will close automatically.

Should you choose to preview/print the log you will be presented with a date range. The beginning date will be the current log date and you may enter a number of days to print or preview.

QuickView management functions are available in all logs.
