Engine-Component Maintenance Report Generator

Several options are provided in this report generator.  For instance, you may print reports for a single vessel or All Vessels.

There is an option for printing task notes, because additional, detailed notes might drive the vertical aspect and cause a report to print more pages than desired (confirm as a preview before printing).  

 

Planner data (single vessel reports only) and archived records may be included.

 

The tasks overdue  option is useful for immediate task assessment.

 

You may sort by Date Due, to aid in planning a maintenance schedule.

 

A  range of dates is provided for limiting reports to specific time periods (this week, last week, one week, one month, one year, today only, etc).

 

Further segregation of reports is possible by limiting the vessel (the current Default vessel) and vendor  (if assigned to the task).

 

Criteria for this report generator are retained, however you may reset all criteria to generic values (no check boxes, today's date and a 30 day range) by clicking the button Reset Criteria Below.

See the report examples below.  Notice that planner data is not included on the first example because the option to print all vessels was chosen.  The second report illustrated is for a single vessel with planner data included.  Note that, in most cases, you'll mark an Archived Task as Completed, therefore it is not tagged as Overdue.  (Reports illustrated are not shown to scale.)
